Introductory conversation
The first discussion is free. If you cannot attend, provide notice so the time can be rearranged or released.
Reserved work
Paid work begins only under a written agreement. Its milestones, fees, notice periods and cancellation provisions govern the engagement.
Scope change
New data sources, metrics, stakeholders or delivery requirements may require a revised scope. Completed work remains payable under the agreement.
Refund review
Any refund is assessed against the agreement, evidence work completed, capacity reserved and costs that cannot reasonably be recovered.
External costs
Data subscriptions, licences, cloud services or supplier charges may be non-refundable where the provider does not return them.
